The purple Step-by-Step Stories book covers all 70 phonograms comprehensively. It begins with instructional pages that explain how to teach letters, sounds, and handwriting (also taught in the videos found on this website). Lessons begin with the alphabet and continue through the remaining phonograms. Spelling rules are also explained. Word lists are provided with each word broken down for ease in sounding out. Stories in each section use only the sounds and spelling rules already taught. In the back of the book more spelling helps are included. As English is not a perfect language phonetically, words with silent letters, suffixes that may change vowel sounds, charts of vowel sounds, charts of consonants sounds, common red words (non-phonetic), and spelling rules are covered comprehensively in the back of the book to assist both student and instructor. Available as a softcover book or PDF file. To purchase click here.

Clock Faces and Phonogram Cards were developed as a supplement to Step-by-Step Stories. This supplement aids in teaching perfect handwriting using the clock face. Writing letters is combined with learning the sounds of each of the 70 phonograms. This muti-sensory learning technique helps students commit each sound to memory and also aids in seeing the letters correctly. While the clock faces were designed for Step-by-Step Stories, they can be used alone to teach correct writing. Phonogram cards are designed to be cut out and used as flashcards. Available only as a PDF file. Click here to purchase.
